Every workspace in Clario begins with a Project : your central hub for files, insights, and AI agents.
Projects make Clario’s agentic architecture truly versatile, allowing multiple agents to operate over the same data context.

Within a project, you can upload files, chat with Clario’s General Agent, run analysis through specialized agents, and view structured insights - all in one connected space.

How Projects Work

1. Create a Project
   Start by creating a new project from your dashboard. Each project holds its own files, insights, and chat history.
   
   

2. Upload Files
   Add documents, datasets, or notes in supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLSX, and more.
   Uploaded files automatically form your project’s Knowledge Base, allowing agents to reference them intelligently.
   
   

3. Run Queries or Analyses
   Use the General Agent or specialized agents (Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Quant) to ask questions, run analysis, or extract information from your files.
   
   

4. Generate Insights
   Clario automatically structures agent outputs into insights -> summaries, results, or charts, accessible directly in the project.
   
   

5. Iterate & Expand
   Add more files, refine your queries, or connect web data. Clario adapts contextually, improving as your project grows.
